2.1. Reservations can be canceled up to 30 days before the check-in date at no additional cost and fully refundable.

2.2. For cancellations made within the 15 day period before check-in, a cancellation fee of 80% of the value of the reservation will be apply.

2.3. In case of a no-show or cancellation on the day of check-in, the total reservation amount will be charged.

2.4. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the means specified on our website.

2.5. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed according to our cancellation policy and may take up to 5 business days to complete.

3. Changes and Modifications

3.1. Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees.

3.2. We reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations in unforeseen circumstances, offering alternative options whenever possible.

4. Guest Responsibilities

4.1. Guests agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the local accommodation.

4.2. Any damage or loss incurred during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest, and associated costs will be charged accordingly.
